The Gender Pay Transparency deadline is almost here! Member states are required by the EU to implement the directive by 7 June 2026. How is this impacting the Nordics and are they ready for implementation?

During this hour-long webinar, our Nordic colleagues will give you an update on pay transparency in the Nordics. We will also address AI-driven redundancies in Finland and the latest on industrial arbitration’s recent decision on overtime pay for part-time employees in Denmark. Norway will dive into the newest court ruling regarding overtime payment for part‑time employees and finally, from Sweden, we will hear more about background checks as well as the ongoing discussions regarding reduced working hours.
